Skies have cleared across the state and we are in for some unseasonably warm weather as we head into the weekend.
It will stay mostly sunny across the state today and temperatures will return to near normal this afternoon. We'll see mid to upper 40s on the plains and 30s in the mountains.
This mild pattern will continue for the next five to seven days. The weekend will bring highs in the 50s to the eastern plains and upper 30s to 40s for the mountains.
Snow isn't expected to hit the state again until possibly the end of next week, when a storm system will move over the entire western United States.
