DENVER —  Temperatures will stay very warm across Colorado Monday.

Mostly sunny and dry across the Front Range and plains today.  However, skies will remain hazy due to all the western wildfire smoke. An ozone action day is in effect until 4pm on Monday.

For Monday we will have highs near 90 once again with dry conditions expected for Denver. There is a chance for isolated late-day thunderstorms, mainly over higher elevations along and west of the Continental Divide.

For Tuesday and Wednesday, our highs will drop into the mid 80s with chances for afternoon storms. As we see the latest models closer to this time frame, we will decide if a First Alert Action Day is needed for severe weather.

Stay tuned!
