DENVER — Clear skies can be expected across most of Colorado tonight and early Wednesday. Some high clouds will drift across the northern and central mountains overnight and will be visible along the Front Range early Tuesday. Expect lows in the single digits and teens in the mountains and 20s for Denver and most of the northeast plains.

Slightly warmer air will be moving into the central Rockies Wednesday Thursday and may kick off a few snow flurries over the northern mountains. Highs will be in the upper 40s to low 50s for lower elevations and in the middle 30s to mid-40s in the mountains.

Temperatures will gradually warm Friday and Saturday, expect highs back in the 50s for Denver and 40s in the mountains. A minor weather disturbance will cross Colorado on Saturday, kicking up gusty winds and bringing some snow showers to the mountains.

Next week looks like it will even warmer with highs bouncing back to the 60s for Denver and the eastern plains, along with dry weather.

Any stronger storms appear to be about 10 days away.
