DENVER — A storm is now rolling into the state and we'll get some much-needed snow through Tuesday.
Temperatures will drop into the 30s today and light snow will develop this afternoon. You'll likely find wet roads for the evening commute and around 1-3 inches of snow is possible by Tuesday night.
Winter Weather Advisories and Winter Storm Warnings are in effect for the mountains the next few days for 6-18 inches of snow overall.
Dry and cool days are expected to round out 2020. By Wednesday, highs will be cold, in the low 30s.
More mild conditions arrive on Thursday, with temperatures climbing to the low 40s. Sunshine and a high of 38 degrees is expected on New Year's Day.
