DENVER — Expect overnight lows in the 40s tonight for Denver and the metro area. We will have partly cloudy skies overnight.
Another storm system will move into Colorado for Thursday. Scattered afternoon showers and thunderstorms will be possible, but temperatures will stay pretty mild — in the low to mid 60s for Denver and in the upper 40s to mid 50s in the mountains. Rain will mix with or change to snow above 10,000 feet late Thursday.
Friday will be cooler with a good chance for showers in Denver and across eastern Colorado. Highs will drop back into the 50s. Snow will be likely in the mountains, but it will not be a major storm. Highs in the high country will fall back to the upper 30s to mid 40s.
Skies will clear on Saturday with warmer temperatures — back in the 60s for Denver and the plains and 50s in the mountains.
Sunday and Monday will be dry and warm with highs in the low to mid 70s for the Denver area and most lower elevations and 50s to around 60 in the mountains!
