DENVER — We'll see a few scattered showers and isolated storms through early Saturday morning across the plains. Otherwise, we'll be under a mostly cloudy sky, with more sunshine by midday Saturday.

So far, the weekend looks great! Highs in the upper 70s under a mostly sunny sky on Saturday and Sunday. There is only a slight chance of isolated storms late Saturday, mainly over our central mountains.

The winds will be the main weather story for the high country and Front Range this weekend. Fire danger will remain elevated as wind gusts and low relative humidity dominate through Sunday.

For the Broncos Game on Sunday, expect mostly sunny skies and warmer temperatures. Highs will be in the low 80s for kickoff at 2:25 p.m.

The aspen leaves are changing in the mountains, but they are a little late this season so far. The recent warm weather has delayed the foliage a bit, but some of the aspen trees will really glow in the high country over the next couple weeks! Here's where to go to see the beautiful fall foliage.
