DENVER — It's a bitter cold start to 2019! Temperatures will drop back into the single digits early Wednesday morning. We'll see plenty of sunshine as mild weather returns to the state.
Highs will climb back to near 40 degrees along the Front Range, with 20s in the mountains.
Colorado can see some pretty intense temperature swings this time of year and that's exactly what we'll see this week. From teens today to temperatures in the 50s on Thursday and Friday — about 30 to 35 degrees warmer than what we'll see this afternoon.
