DENVER — Another storm is rolling into Colorado. Snow is falling in the mountains and there will be light snow in Denver tonight. A Denver7 Weather Action Day is in effect through 7 AM Tuesday.
The snow will pick up in the mountain and accumulate to 3 to 6 inches overnight.
This snow will gradually roll east and start falling across the Denver metro area during the evening commute. Accumulation will likely be light, but we could see some slick roads for the Tuesday morning drive, with around 1 to 2 inches in some neighborhoods.
Skies will clear quickly on Tuesday, with sunshine and 30s expected by the afternoon.
Wednesday will be dry again, with sunshine across the state. Slightly warmer, more seasonal weather returns Wednesday and Thursday, with highs in the low to mid-40s.
Some light snow or flurries will again be possible on Friday, but a major accumulation is not expected.
Dry weather and milder temperatures can be expected for Saturday - nice weather for the Bronco game with readings in the low to middle 40s!
