Temperatures in Denver climbed the low 90s this afternoon under a mostly sunny sky. Drier air moved into the Denver area and along the I-25 Corridor, so thunderstorms were few and weak. Skies clear out overnight with low temperatures in the upper 50s to low 60s.
Highs on Thursday will return to the low to mid-90s in Denver, with plenty of sunshine and a low chance for thunderstorms. The risk for severe storms will also be lower tomorrow across the plains.
By Friday and Saturday, a minor storm system will slip into Colorado and bring higher humidity and a good chance for thunderstorms to Denver and the eastern plains both afternoons.
Sunday and early next week will turn hot and dry again with highs bouncing back to the low to mid-90s.
