DENVER -- 145 flights have been cancelled at Denver International Airport. Most of those are routes being flown by smaller commuter planes.

Denver International Airport said about ten percent of the flights for Thursday have been cancelled.

Airport officials said all of its snow crews are out and all of the runways are open and operational.

The airport warned drivers that Pena Boulevard, from Interstate 70 to the airport, is slick, icy and snow packed.

"Allow lots of extra time on the roads," Denver International Airport tweeted Thursday.
