DENVER — A snowstorm impacting Denver is pushing through Colorado as winter weather advisories and a winter storm warning remain in effect for portions of the metro and eastern plains. Heavier snow is expected to continue through Wednesday morning.
The Denver metro is under a winter weather advisory until 11 p.m., as an additional 2 to 8 inches of snow is possible, mainly south of I-76, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) in Boulder. The heaviest snow is expected to fall along the Palmer Divide.
