You Can Now Buy A Cheetos Holiday Popcorn Tin

If you’ve ever given or received a popcorn tin, you know that they make for easy and delicious holiday presents. Pop a bow on the top and voila — a gift that everyone can enjoy!

New to the world of popcorn tins this year is one made specifically for people who love Cheetos: a 14-ounce tin filled with popcorn coated in Cheetos dust. Yes, Cheetos popcorn!

The tin is exclusive to Walmart and comes with both Cheddar and Flamin’ Hot Cheetos-flavored popcorn for $7.98. If you don’t make it to Walmart before the limited-edition tin is gone after the holidays, you can still buy the Cheddar and Flamin’ Hot popcorn in separate bags.

Walmart

If Cheetos popcorn isn’t your thing, Walmart has other holiday popcorn tins as well, many for just $5. Choose from themes like Mickey Mouse, “Elf” and Coca-Cola, or go with classic scenes like Christmas Village or Toy Shop.

If you’d rather order online, Hickory Farms has a few tins and some bagged popcorn, as does Dylan’s Candy Bar, which has a Christmas Crunch Popcorn Bucket that features three kinds of popcorn: white chocolate holiday mix, hot chocolate marshmallow swirl and gingerbread crunch.

The Popcorn Factory also has tons of holiday popcorn tins to choose from, including a variety of flavors and themes, like glistening snowflakes and this gorgeous Thomas Kinkade Victorian Christmas Carol tin that you’ll want to re-use as a decoration once the popcorn is all gone.

While not in a tin, you’ll also find fun popcorn flavors from Smartfood in grocery stores nationwide — including a new flavor for the holidays, Snickerdoodle, which has, among other ingredients, brown sugar, cinnamon and buttermilk.

Of course, you could always make your own holiday popcorn and package it up into gifts (or keep it all for yourself), as it’s actually pretty simple! If you like it sweet and salty, this recipe for salted caramel popcorn calls for butter, corn syrup, brown sugar and salt.

If you strictly prefer sweet stuff, consider melting chocolate or caramel and pouring it over the popcorn. You could even toss in some of your favorite candy or follow this recipe for Moose Munch, which combines caramel with white and dark chocolate.
