Tiramisu Oreos Are Now In Stores For A Limited Time

Classic Oreos have already been deemed “America’s favorite cookie,” but Nabisco continues to improve upon the original treat with new and innovative flavors.

The latest Oreo flavor to hit shelves? Tiramisu! Inspired by the iconic Italian dessert made with ladyfingers, coffee, mascarpone and espresso, the new tiramisu flavor is a combination of the chocolate wafer cookies with two flavors of creme.

We told you about the cookies back in January, when Nabisco first confirmed that the tiramisu-flavor would be released this April. And while we’re not sure how long the cookies will be in stores, we can confirm they are a limited edition.

If you’re trying to avoid going out to shop right now, however, you can order them online.

Of course, this is far from the only new flavor Oreo has released recently, with everything from warm weather-inspired flavors like latte, pistachio, lemon and coconut last summer to maple creme in the fall. Most Stuf Oreos (with the most creme ever) appeared at the beginning of 2019, and the brand even tried a mystery flavor last year.

While the mystery-flavored Oreo looked the same as the traditional cookie, it had a different flavored creme, which Nabisco invited fans to try to guess. In the end, the mystery flavor was revealed to be churro.

And this year, Oreo has already given us some new flavors as well, including chocolate marshmallow and caramel coconut and “Trolls”-themed cookies with glittery pink or green creme.

Of course, if the tiramisu Oreos just make you crave the real thing, you can try ordering a gigantic tiramisu cake from Costco to satisfy your craving — in abundance.

The Kirkland Signature Tiramisu Bar Cake weighs in at a whopping 38 ounces (nearly two and a half pounds!) and you can have one delivered right to your door via Instacart.

This hulking slab of sweet stuff should be enough to keep you and your family full up on dessert while staying home during the coronavirus pandemic. Buon appetito!
