Target Is Selling Raspberry Wine Fizzers That Explode With Glitter In A Glass Of Wine

Champagne, you’ve got some competition this holiday season!

Target is selling Raspberry Wine Fizzers that you can drop into a glass of wine to give it a celebratory fizz or to add even more bubbles to a glass of bubbly. The pretty pink fizzy wine bombs even come with a party trick, too: They release gold and silver stars that are edible and taste like raspberry.

The wine fizzers are from Target’s holiday Wondershop line, and while they are currently sold out online, you may be able to spot them at your local store.

The $6 pack comes with a half dozen bombs.

Instagram user @target_bargains, who scouts out some amazing Target finds and shares them with followers, found some of the new wine fizzers in store and said, “These Wine Fizzers are like a bath bomb for your wine!”

We checked out the ingredient list online and they are basically a combination of sugar, sodium bicarbonate (aka baking soda), food dyes and the edible glitter stars are made of cellulose.

But we will warn you of this: The raspberry bombs only have one review online so far and the buyer claimed her pack didn’t have any fizz. Bah-humbug! What a bummer, right?

If you do decide to give these fizzers a try and make them a fun addition to your bar cart for Christmas or New Year’s Eve, we’re thinking the raspberry fizz could go well with a glass of dry champagne, rosé or Prosecco. But, you could also go the non-alcoholic route and drop them in, say, a glass of La Croix or sparkling water for a fun mocktail!

Target’s Wondershop has more fun holiday treats, too. This Fa-La-La-Llama Holiday Cookie($10) decorating kit is a fun alternative to a gingerbread house, for example. Or, this spiced gingerbread kettle corn with a cinnamon glaze ($5.29 for 11 ounces) sounds like a delicious gift idea.

Not only is it the most wonderful time of the year, but it’s also the most delicious!
