Chocolatier Donald Galangue is busy turning chocolate-covered strawberries into footballs at the Ghirardelli Square chocolate factory.
He took time to show Denver7 anchor Anne Trujillo how it's done.
"You can do like three stitches on this one, and one line. How to get it perfect is -- just don't think about it. Just go really quick," Galangue explains how to pipe the frosting lines onto the strawberries.
He also settled the age-old questions of how to pronounce "Ghirardelli."
"It's easier if you put your hands up and say Ghirardelli like as in gear box, some people butcher it, but it's Ghirardelli."
The best sellers at the factory are dark-chocolate sea salt almond and the milk chocolate caramel.
