Former NFL quarterback Tarvaris Jackson died in a single-car crash over the weekend. He was 36.
According to USA Today , Jackson was driving his 2012 Chevrolet Camaro Sunday night in Montgomery, Alabama, when it left the road, hit a tree and flipped.
Officials said Jackson was taken to a local hospital and later pronounced dead.
Jackson played for the Minnesota Vikings and won a Super Bowl title in 2014 with the Seattle Seahawks as Russell Wilson's backup.
"TJack... you will be missed. Praying for your family... Love you, man," Wilson tweeted after hearing of Jackson's passing.

In a post on their Twitter page, the Vikings tweeted out condolences to their former quarterback.
