In our new normal, we are all dealing with jarring changes. My sons, Dagin and Brady, are home from college after their baseball seasons were canceled at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and Westmont College in Santa Barbara.
I talked with them last week about the abrupt ending that stung, and why they understand why they are no longer playing. It is an experience shared by so many sports families across our state.
