DENVER — The Colorado Avalanche are going into the 2023 Stanley Cup Playoffs without their captain.
Gabriel Landeskog will miss the playoffs as he continues to recover from a knee injury, the team announced Thursday.
The injury forced Landeskog to miss the entire 2022-23 regular season.
The Avs are currently in the hunt to clinch the Central Division.
