DENVER – U.S. Sen. Michael Bennet will hold three town halls across Colorado this week after he dropped his presidential bid last week following a poor showing in New Hampshire.

Bennet’s first town hall of the week will be Tuesday at the Peak Community and Wellness Center in Littleton, located at 6612 S. Ward Street. The event runs from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. MT and doors open at 6 p.m. People wishing to attend the event are asked to RSVP here.

The Democrat’s Senate office says he is holding the town halls to listen to concerns from constituents and to respond to questions.

He will also be hosting town halls Thursday in Grand Junction and Friday in Steamboat Springs, though Bennet’s office had not officially announced times or locations as of Monday afternoon. Events will likely be scheduled here.

Bennet’s town halls come in the two weeks before Colorado’s March 3 Super Tuesday primary. Several presidential candidates will be in Colorado in the weeks before the primary as well. Bernie Sanders visited Denver on Sunday and President Trump, Elizabeth Warren and Pete Buttigieg are all expected to make visits to Colorado in the coming days.
