Helping constituents, a top priority for Perlmutter during 10 years in office

Posted

DENVER -- Colorado Congressman Ed Perlmutter says the new VA Hospital in Aurora got off track early in the process, but it should start opening its doors soon.

Perlmutter appeared on this week’s Politics Unplugged with Marshall Zelinger.

Perlmutter talked about what went wrong with the nearly $2 billion project and what it’s taken to get through those problems and get the hospital completed.

The Congressman also talks about his ten years representing Colorado’s 7th Congressional District and what he hopes to accomplish if voters give him two more years in office after this election.
