DENVER -- The Common Sense Policy Roundtable is an organization that focuses on developing research on policy issues that affect the Colorado job and economic base.

“Over the years the organization has a record of putting out work on crucial issues across a range of state budgetary and fiscal issues,” CSPR policy director Chris Brown told Anne Trujillo on this weekend’s Politics Unplugged. “Specifically working worth a modeling tool called the REMI that we use to look at the dynamic economic impacts of policy and putting out research based efforts on a consistent basis.”

One of the big issues the group looks at is transportation.

“I think we will be looking at infrastructure as it relates to mobility for individuals and for costs related to businesses,” Brown said.

Politics Unplugged airs Sunday at 4:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Denver7.
