Photos: Ai WeiWei's 'Circle of Animals/Zodiac heads' installation at Civic Center Park

Contemporary artist Ai WeiWei is bringing his bronze sculpture installation "Circle of Animals/Zodiac heads" to Civic Center Park until October 2018. The sculptures represent the 12 animals of the traditional Chinese Zodiac, which once adorned a water fountain at the Old Summer Palace near Beijing. The heads were pillaged during tthe Second Opium War by British and French forces in the 18th Century.
