Denver, CO – A new shopping center planned for Green Valley Ranch will bring new stores and restaurants to the neighborhood.
Gateway Crossing Shopping Center, a project by Equity Ventures Commercial Development, will be located at the corner of Tower Road and Green Valley Ranch Blvd (48th Ave).
The City of Denver has issued permits for a Natural Grocers store and plans are under review for a Panera Bread, Bank of America, medical offices, an indoor fitness center, and another restaurant.
The shopping center is currently under construction, but Equity Ventures has not announced when the shopping center will officially open.
According to a sign on the construction site, there are a few more spaces available for lease.
