DENVER — A new housing development is currently under construction in the Marston community in southwest Denver.
The Meritage Homes and Norris Designs development located on the 4600 block of South Kipling Street will include 17 single family homes and 36 duplex units on 8 ½ acres of land.
Right now, utility crews in the area are putting in a neighborhood water system and tying into a water main close by.
It is not clear when the homes will be complete, however residents can expect more utility work in the area.
Over the next few weeks, crews will begin working on a sewage system for the hew homes.
