BROOMFIELD, Colo. — A new community development that hopes to fuse outdoor adventure with urban living is moving forward with plans to open in Broomfield.

The development is called Baseline and it’s located near the junction of Interstate 25 and E-470.

According to the development’s website, the community will include smart homes, farm to table restaurants, a butterfly pavilion, and scientific institutions.

Within the next few years, McWhinney Real Estate, the company behind the project plans to work with the Adams 12 School District to open a STEM school within the community.

Single-family homes in the community are currently for sale and apartments will be available later this fall.
