WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. — A new multi-use development called Clear Creek Crossing that is currently under construction in Wheat Ridge is looking for more anchor tenants.

The 110-acre development is located near Highway 58 and I-70 (near the new westbound off-ramp that’s currently under construction).

According to the developer Evergreen Devco, a 310-unit apartment building, a 5,600-square-foot Kum and Go gas station, as well as an SCL Health Lutheran Medical Center site will all be located at Clear Creek Crossing.

At last check, the developer was still in talks with a few hotel chains that are considering opening businesses at the new development.

The off-ramp leading to Clear Creek Crossing is scheduled to open this spring, but the developer has not announced when Clear Creek Crossing will open.
