DENVER – A magnitude 2.7 earthquake was recorded about 19 miles north of Glenwood Springs in the Flat Tops overnight, according to the United States Geological Survey.

The earthquake was recorded at around 1:02 a.m. Saturday west of Triangle Mountain. It had a depth of about 1.6 miles, the USGS Earthquake Hazards Program website stated.

Due to its low magnitude and its remote location, it’s likely that no one around Glenwood Springs felt the temblor.

But if you felt the quake, you can let the USGS know by submitting a report here.
