DENVER — Ready for a new take on traditional mini golf?

Urban Putt officially opens at 4 p.m. Friday in LoDo. It was restored as the next chapter of Denver’s historic City Cable Railway Building — which was previously the Old Spaghetti Factory — and even showcases the local favorite Streetcar #54.

It will put a new spin on putt-putt with a Steampunk-inspired, technology-filled mini golf space and a made-from-scratch kitchen that will feature creative and playful cuisine and drinks. A bar will serve craft beers and custom cocktails.

The game features six unique Colorado-themed holes:
· Downtown Denver
· Denver International Airport
· Amusement park inspired by Elitch Gardens and Lakeside Amusement Park
· Denver Cable Car Factory
· Red Rocks Amphitheatre
· Gold Rush heritage

“We have worked very hard to bring this idea to life,” said Urban Putt CEO and Chief Greenskeeper Steve Fox. “We think Friday the 13th is our lucky day.”

If you visit, keep an eye out for the pop culture references, hidden secrets and sly jokes.

Players of all ages are welcome to try out the full 18-hole course or one of the two nine-hole courses. The venue is available for parties, corporate events and more.

A nine-hole course costs $11 to play and the 18-hole course costs $19. It is first come, first served.

Urban Putt is located at 1201 18th Street in Denver.
