DENVER – Good morning! Here’s what you need to know today, Wednesday, Nov. 15.
1. Whole Foods Union Station opens
The new 50,000 square-foot grocery store will be opening its doors at 9 a.m. Wednesday. It's located at 1701 Wewatta Street, right next to Union Station.
2. GOP adds wrinkle to tax overhaul
Senate Republicans say they are intent on repealing the Obama health care law requirement that Americans get health insurance, targeting the provision as a way to finance deep tax cuts.
3. Four dead in northern California shooting rampage
A gunman opens fire at random at several locations, including an elementary school, before police shoot him dead.
4. Mostly clear Wednesday
Some patchy fog will develop early Wednesday in Weld County, near the South Platte River, but it will clear out by mid-morning. The rest of the state should be mostly clear by morning. Temperatures will drop into the 50s across the plains on Wednesday with readings in the 40s expected in the mountains. Skies will be sunny as a cold front races to the east of Colorado.
5. Winter Park Resort opens
