1. Trump, May meet after critical interview
President Donald Trump and British Prime Minister Theresa May did not address Trump's critical comments about May as the two met on Friday. Asked whether he regrets the interview with the tabloid The Sun, Trump shook his head and rolled his eyes.
2. 19 students hurt in Weld Co. bus crash
At least 27 people were injured following a two-vehicle crash involving a Greeley-Evans School District bus in Weld County Thursday afternoon. Troopers said the driver of a flatbed truck told them he was traveling northbound on County Road 49 when he fell asleep, drifted into the southbound lanes and sideswiped the school bus.
3. Aurora VA hospital gets closer to opening
The new VA hospital in Aurora is set to open in about a week's time but it will still be a long process to move from the old facility to the new one. Some patient care will continue at the old hospital for at least the next three years because the new clinic doesn't have enough rooms. The grand opening for the new hospital is scheduled for next Saturday, July 21.
4. Nice weather today
It will be a gorgeous summer day with highs in the mid- to upper-80s under a mostly sunny sky. There is about a 10 percent chance of storms along the Front Range, but it looks calmer and drier than what we saw yesterday. The threat of severe weather is low.
