DENVER - The Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea are well underway and Colorado athletes have already earned several medals.
Out of 244 athletes on Team USA, 31 are from Colorado, the most of any state.
Team USA's first gold medal went to 17-year-old Red Gerard of Silverthorne, who came in first in the men's slopestyle event.

*BRONZE*
- Arielle Gold, 21, Steamboat Springs, ladies' halfpipe
- Lindsey Vonn, 33, Vail, Ladies' downhill
