A teenager test driving a go-cart was hit and killed by a pickup truck.
Police in Monument said the teen, a 17-year-old from the Denver area, responded to an ad about a go-cart for sale.
The teen drove the go-cart onto Beacon Lite Road Tuesday night at 8:50 p.m. where he was hit by a pickup truck, police said.
The teen died. His name has not yet been released.
