PARK COUNTY, Colo. — A semi driver died following a crash along a curve on Highway 285 near Kenosha Pass Thursday evening.
Around 9:05 p.m. on Thursday, the driver of a semi crashed on Highway 285 near Kenosha Pass. According to Trooper Gary Cutler with Colorado State Patrol, the driver "failed to negotiate a curve" in the road, rolled over, and collided with a guard rail.
The driver died at the scene, Cutler said.
Highway 285 was closed between County Road 56 and County 872 until just before 6 a.m. Friday, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.
No other information was available as of Friday morning.
