SAN LUIS, Colo. – Authorities are asking for the public’s help finding an inmate who escaped from jail in Costilla County.
The Costilla County Sheriff’s Office said in a Facebook post on Saturday that deputies were searching for escapee Jack Johnson, 38.
Deputies said it’s not clear where the suspect may be headed.
Johnson is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall and 165 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white sweater and white shorts, deputies said.
