DENVER -- A new report says Douglas County is once again the healthiest county in Colorado.

The report, from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute, examined counties across the United States on various health factors - things like tobacco use, exercise and access to care - and health outcomes like length and quality of life.

Douglas County had the best overall score in both health factors and outcomes, according to the report. The county was first last year, as well.
