Police made an arrest in a homicide investigation that began on Labor Day.
Zackeia White, 40, is charged with accessory to second-degree murder after Forrest Paskins' death, police announced Monday.
56-year-old Paskins, from Aurora, was found on the shoulder of Sand Creek Drive in Commerce City.
White is being held in Adams County Detention Facility.
The investigation is ongoing.
