We may hear more details in the case against the woman accused of attacking a pregnant woman in Longmont, and cutting the unborn baby from her womb.
A Boulder District County judge has denied a motion from defense attorneys to impose a gag order on prosecutors, police and witnesses.
Prosecutors say Dynel Lane attacked Michelle Wilkins on March 18, when Wilkins responded to an ad on Craiglist for maternity clothes.
Wilkins was seven months pregnant.
Lane is charged with attempted murder, unlawful termination of a pregnancy and multiple counts of felony assault.
Wilkins survived, but her baby did not.
Wilkins talked about the attack - and learning she had lost the baby - in an interview that aired on the "Dr. Phil" show Monday.

"I woke up and I had all these tubes down my throat... The understanding hit me. I started panicking," Wilkins said. She said she asked her boyfriend if her baby was alive with her eyes, and he didn't even have to say it.
Wilkins said she feels compassion for the woman facing charges in the case and says she hasn't lost faith in humanity.

Monday the judge denied an outright gag order, the Daily Times-Call reported, but the judge reminded prosecutors and defense attorneys to comply with established rules on professional conduct.
Lane remains jailed in Boulder County on $2 million bail. Her trial is expected in February.
