ARVADA, Colo. – A motorcyclist was killed in a crash with another vehicle in Arvada Monday afternoon.
The two-vehicle crash occurred around 3 p.m. near West 60th Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard.
The motorcycle rider, whose name has not been released, was rushed to the hospital where the 44-year-old victim was later pronounced dead, Arvada Police said.
Police say the second vehicle involved in the crash remained on scene and the driver is cooperating with the investigation.
No other details were immediately available.
Traffic in the area should be affected while police investigate the incident.
