DENVER — One man has died and a child hospitalized following a two vehicle crash in Denver Saturday. Police said one person was taken into custody.
It happened around noon at the intersection of West 32nd Avenue and North Lowell Boulevard.
Denver Fire tweeted that some of the victims were trapped following the collision.
Several other vehicles were damaged as a result of the crash.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation. However, police said Sunday that the at-fault driver was going westbound on West 32nd Avenue when the driver struck the other vehicle going northbound on Lowell Boulevard.
The at-fault driver was taken into custody. Police have not said what driver is being held on at this time.
