Longmont police release photo of suspect believed to have slashed dozens of tires

LONGMONT, Colo. – Longmont police have released a photo of a man suspected of slashing tires on dozens of vehicles over the weekend.

Police said at least 45 tires were slashed on at least 34 vehicles parked in residential areas of downtown Longmont overnight Saturday into Sunday. 

On Wednesday, police released a surveillance photo that shows a man on a bike with a large backpack, short or shaved hair and plastic bags hanging off his handlebars.

Police didn’t have any further details on the suspect they’re looking for.
