Did you know Nuggets forward, Michael Porter Jr., deleted his social media accounts? He tells Denver7 he consciously limits his screen time to focus on his game. Porter Jr. explains being on his phone all the time gave him anxiety and impacted his sleep.

Now that he's off social media he says he can focus more on rehab and getting back in the game.

He's partnering up with UCHealth for 'Black Friday Checkout' - an initiative that encourages families to put down the technology and spend time together on Black Friday. UCHealth is hosting tons of events on Black Friday - everything from a 'Frozen 2' screening, free workouts and a CSU football game.
