MORGAN COUNTY, Colo. — All lanes of Interstate 76 are closed near Brush in Morgan County after a tanker fell off a semi, went through a guard rail and caught fire early Tuesday morning, according to a preliminary investigation by Colorado State Patrol.
The interstate was closed from mile post 90 to 92 before reopening westbound lanes around 9:30 a.m. and eastbound lanes around 10:30 a.m.
Trooper Josh Lewis with CSP said a call about the crash came in around 12:35 a.m. The driver was able to escape the crash and fire without injury, he said.
