3:20 p.m.: Colorado State Patrol officials say Highway 93 is back open from 64th Avenue in Jefferson County to Highway 128 in Boulder County. The closure lasted more than four hours. 

11: 18 a.m.: The Colorado State Patrol - Golden division has extended the closure of Highway 93 from 64th Avenue in Jefferson County to Highway 128 in Boulder County. Alternate routes are advised. 

10:59 a.m.: Highway 93 shut down from near Golden up to Boulder (Highway 72 to Highway 128) because of high winds causing whiteout conditions. No estimated time for the reopening of the highway.  

5:51 a.m.: The U.S. National Weather Service is Boulder is alert drivers of traveling on Highway 93, between Boulder and Golden this morning due to blowing snow which is creating poor visibility, slick roads.
