8:17 p.m.: A teenager was injured after he was shot "in the lower extremities" following a drive-by shooting near Spring Creek Park in Arapahoe County, a sheriff's office spokesperson says. He was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. 

8:10 p.m.: South Metro Fire Rescue is at an apartment complex in the 6000 block of Blue Ridge Drive in Highlands Ranch where a small explosion was reported. The cause is unknown at this time. 

11:48 a.m.: Authorities are searching for a person seen in a video from this morning's scene near C-470 and Ken Caryl:

11:42 a.m.: All JeffCo schools lockouts have now been lifted.

10:50 a.m.: Ken Caryl is back open.

10:00 a.m.: Lockouts have been lifted at all affected JeffCo schools except Ute Meadows and Chatfield.

8:25 a.m.: Deputies say they continue to search and have still not confirmed that shots were fired. People in the area of C-470 and Ken Caryl should remain indoors.

7:43 a.m.: Schools nearby are on lockout while deputies investigate -- Bradford schools, Chatfield, Collegiate Academy, Falcon Bluffs, Mortensen, Shaffer and Ute Meadows are all in lockout.

7:27 a.m.: Ken Caryl is closed between Alkire and C-470 while deputies investigate.

7:06 a.m.: The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office said it received multiple reports of shots fired near C-470 and Ken Caryl at about 6:30 a.m. Deputies are trying to confirm and locate any possible suspects.

7:00 a.m.: Law enforcement is warning people near C-470 and Ken Caryl Avenue to stay indoors as they investigate some kind of incident.
