PUEBLO, Colo. -- Deputies are looking for a sex offender convicted of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Terry Clinton Riggs, 48, is about five foot 6 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds. Riggs has brown hair and blue eyes.
Riggs was convicted in 2011.
He is wanted now for failing to register his location with the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office.
