FORT COLLINS, Colo. – A man has been arrested after allegedly making a bomb threat that led to the evacuation of a library at Colorado State University.
CSU police said Jonathan Copp, 31, was arrested Tuesday night.
Officers evacuated the Morgan Library at CSU shortly before 8 p.m. Tuesday and circulated surveillance photos of the suspect, asking for the public’s help identifying him. He was located sometime overnight and taken into custody, police said.
The library reopened later in the evening after police said they didn’t find any explosive devices in the building.
Copp faces charges of criminal mischief, obstructing a peace officer, making a false report of an explosive and educational interference.
