ARVADA, Colo. — The driver of a pickup truck that struck and killed a pedestrian in Arvada over the weekend may be facing charges, police said Tuesday.
On Sunday evening, the driver struck and killed a 45-year-old woman who police say was crossing West 64th Avenue inside a crosswalk at the intersection with Simms Street.
The driver stayed on the scene and is cooperating with police.
It’s unclear if the victim, whose identity has not been released, was crossing against the light.
