UPDATE (11:39 a.m.): The Colorado Bureau of Investigation deactivated the Amber Alert for a missing Saguache County boy Monday morning after he and the man he was suspected of being with were found in Utah.
CBI says Jacob Roe, 12, was located in Utah and that David Freeman, 60, was taken into custody. The bureau did not immediately provide more information about the circumstances under which they were found.

(Original story) SAGUACHE COUNTY, Colo. — An Amber Alert was issued Sunday evening for a 12-year-old boy who went missing in Saguache County on Saturday afternoon.
Jacob Roe was last seen leaving his home about 3 p.m., authorities said.
The boy may be with 60-year-old David Glenn Freeman and they may be traveling in a red 2014 Jeep Patriot with a Colorado license plate 198-ZQO, the Saguache County Sheriff’s Office said.
Investigators said Jacob “is considered to be in danger."
Jacob has red hair and he is 5 feet tall and weighs 100 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, red shorts and red tennis shoes.
Freeman has blond-and-gray hair in a ponytail and a full beard. He is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. He may be wearing a red shirt, blue jeans, a denim baseball cap, gray and orange shoes and eye glasses.
