DENVER – Denver residents are better Airbnb hosts than people in most other American cities, according to a new report from the vacation rental site.
Airbnb compiled a list of the most “hospitable” cities in the country and Denver came in at number six on the list. The list is based on the percentage of 5-star reviews from guests who stayed at Airbnb rentals in each city in the past year.
Hosts often earn top reviews for going above and beyond what guests expect. One guest at a Denver Airbnb commented on the home’s “fun vintage modern eclectic” décor.
“The bed was heavenly, the art was intriguing, the kitchen was bright and cheery, and the backyard space was delightful,” the reviewer wrote.
