DENVER – If you’ve always wanted to see Roy Orbison in concert but never got a chance before he died, you’ll have an opportunity to see the musician “live” in Denver this fall.
A holographic projection of Orbison will perform at the Paramount Theater on Tuesday, Oct. 16 as part of a tour across North America.
The laser hologram, produced by Los Angeles-based BASE Hologram, will be accompanied by a live orchestra playing Orbison’s classics, including hits like “Oh, Pretty Woman,” “Crying” and “In Dreams.”
The “In Dreams: Roy Orbison in Concert – The Hologram Tour” kicks off on Oct. 1 in Oakland, California. Tickets go on sale "soon," according to the tour's website.
